Reservation & Pricing Policy

We recommend all reservations to be made at the earliest convenience, but with at least 6 hours for Drunk Rescue, 24 hours notice for Airport Rescue™ and 48 hours notice for Party Rescue™ so that we are able to guarantee you a driver.

All reservations require a valid debit/credit card in which we will process an authorization for pre-calculated amount at the time of reservation. This amount may change due to any changes in routes or stops during the fare. If a reservation is cancelled with at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time, a full refund will be provided. Reservations that are cancelled in less than a 2 hours will result in a no refund. We will call to confirm your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled time, no-show or no cancellation regardless of use of service or not, will result in no refund.

Pricing for all reservations are estimated according to Google Maps’ fastest time from pick-up address to arriving destination. Different estimates will be used due to construction delays, heavy traffic times and weather conditions.

Pricing

Service charge for all services are $3 per mile for Drunk Rescue® members. Non-members will be charged $4 per mile.

All fares will incur a $20.00 minimum charge for non-members and minimum $15 for members. We do not use taximeters, this does not mean the fare starts at $15/$20.

Unscheduled stops that consume more than 1 minute at the stop will incur a $5 additional charge to the fare, in example, food stops, drive-thru and etc.

Gratuity is in not included in the fare.

Rent-a-Driver service requires a minimum of three hours at the rate of $25/hour. A Gratuity fee of 25% will be added to the fare.
